WHAT IS BOXING pad drills?

A FITTOX instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
BOXING pad drills is available as a either a 45 or 30-minute workout.

BOXING pad drills works your legs, tones your arms, back and shoulders and provides phenomenal core training. You destroy calories, develop coordination, agility and speed, and feel empowered. 


You can adjust a BOXING pad drills workout to suit. Our instructors always show options to work at your own level. Start with 1-2 classes a week and you’ll be working out like a champion in no time at all.

All forms of boxing movement, as well as blending core and upper body strength into your techniques. One of Fittox’s most popular classes that really enhances the community feel of the gym. Bring a partner with you and have fun learning proper boxing technique together! Or come on your own and make new friends through the class and have a random partner! The classes incorporate movement and foot coordination, though you don’t need to be coordinated! It’s almost an art in terms of it can be like a dance classes. It’s as intensive as you want it to be, great for cardio and overall well being. Focuses on learning which muscle groups are being used and you can go as hard as you want to (So long as your partner is ok with it too!)
